"My wife and I got a half dozen quotes on removing an old timber retaining wall that was about to fall over and replace it with a block wall that we wanted pushed 4' further back from the current timber wall. Josh Clark's very personable nature on our property along with a competitive bid earned the job. Once Josh's crew arrived it was immediately apparent to us that the 3-man crew led by foreman Dylan along with Jordan and Travis, demonstrated the same personable friendly nature as Josh. The crew worked extremely well together, and listened and collaborated with me whenever I checked in on the progress. Their work was beyond our expectations in terms of quality, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Our home's curb appeal jumped up substantially. I also really liked how they handled the accounting end of things (Josh's brother Andrew handles this) with online document signing which was a superior customer experience for us. As with any project of this nature, there is the possibility of doing Change Orders. As the project progressed and we witnessed the outstanding work quality, my wife and I asked for 2 such Change Orders during the project to have them do more for us than we originally planned to do. Josh very rapidly addressed our requests and worked with Andrew to have the online document Change Orders for us to sign electronically. The crew stayed on the job until the originally planned work and the 2 Change Orders were completed.
